What is mobile physiotherapy?

A licensed physiotherapist travels to your home, workplace, or preferred location to provide treatment, instead of you visiting a clinic.

What do I need for my appointment?

You typically need:

• A small open space for assessment/treatment

• Comfortable clothing

• Any relevant medical reports or imaging

We bring all necessary equipment.

How long is each session?

Typically 45-60 minute appointments depending on needs and treatment plans. 

How much are appointments?

Regular physiotherapy assessments are 160. Follow ups cost 130. 

What should I expect in the first session?

Your first session will include:

• A full assessment

• Discussion of your goals

• A personalized treatment plan

• Hands-on therapy and/or exercises
